Neighbouring the beautiful Wistlandpound Reservoir, this barn conversion offers walks from the front door through woodland rich in wildlife, also a great spot for trout fishing. Enjoy a day out at Exmoor Zoo home to 175 species of animals and only 4 miles away, or venture further to Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (5 miles), set in 28 acres of spectacular gardens. Combe Martin (7 miles) is a pretty seaside village with a lovely bay which is popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. Other places to visit nearby are the stunning beaches that North Devon is famous for, including Woolacombe (14 miles), a mecca for surfing.
On a complex of two cottages, this former barn where the baby calves of this working farm were born, has been converted into a charming and full-of-character holiday home. It boasts oak beams, a vaulted ceiling, and original stone throughout. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room is a great place to relax and catch up with a family movie on the TV and enjoy a tasty dinner from the fully equipped kitchen. There is a twin room on the ground floor and a family bathroom with a free-standing bath, a walk-in shower and WC. Alternatively, take the steps to the mezzanine bedroom with a double bed.
Outside is an enclosed courtyard with a patio set, where you can enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple or a morning coffee. There is also a shared area and a games room with table tennis, plus resident goats and chickens.

How will the winner be announced?
The winner will be selected and announced during our Facebook live draw. After the live draw finishes, within 12 hours we will announce the winner across all social media channels as well as updating our website with the winner’s details.
